Complaints
If the product you ordered is faulty or broken, please contact our customer service by email at kaupat@meillakotona.fi. Please include your order details, a precise description of the reason for the complaint, and photos of the product packaging and the defect in the product.
To return a product, follow these steps:
- Notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the product. The easiest way to do this is by filling out our electronic return form.
- Our customer service will send you return instructions by email after receiving your return notification.
- Pack the product carefully in its original packaging and send the package according to the instructions from Kotona-kaupat customer service.
- Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund your money. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order.
