What is Kotona-kaupat?
Kotona-kaupat is the online store for A-lehdet's living media. You can also find Kotona-kaupat products as commercial content on the Kotona website. Purchases themselves are always made through the stores.
What payment methods are available?
Paying in Kotona-kaupat is always safe and easy. The payment service is provided by Finnish Paytrail. You can choose the payment method that suits you from the options below:

I did not receive an order confirmation for my order, what should I do?
After your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If the order confirmation is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If the order confirmation is not in your spam folder either, please contact our customer service.
How does delivery work?
Our selection includes both digital and physical products.
Digital products are delivered directly to your email immediately after purchase. If the materials do not arrive within a few minutes, please check your other email folders and your spam folder. For example, in Gmail, the materials may sometimes end up in the Promotions folder instead of the primary inbox.
Physical products are delivered directly from our own warehouse, and the estimated delivery time is visible on the product card when placing an order. We use Posti as our logistics partner. Products are delivered, where possible, to the nearest service point to the delivery address you provided. You will receive a notification by text message when the product is available for pickup. Small products, such as magazines, are delivered directly to your mailbox.

Can I order products if I don't live in Finland?
Currently, products can only be ordered from Kotona-kaupat to mainland Finland. However, we offer the opportunity to order our digital products internationally through our Kotona Shop online store.
Why do the products I ordered arrive at different times and in different packages?
Some of our products are delivered separately, so products or packages may arrive at different times or with different delivery methods. Product-specific estimated delivery times are shown on the product card.
I haven't received the product I ordered – what should I do?
Delivery times are product-specific and you can see them on the product card when placing your order. After the order confirmation, you will receive a delivery confirmation when we have dispatched the product. If necessary, you can also contact our customer service at kaupat@meillakotona.fi.
The product is damaged or faulty, what should I do?
If the product you ordered is faulty or broken, please contact our customer service by email at kaupat@meillakotona.fi. Please include your order details, a precise description of the reason for the complaint, and photos of the product packaging and the defect in the product.
I received the wrong product – what should I do?
If you received the wrong product in your order, please contact our customer service at kaupat@meillakotona.fi. Please include your order number.
How do I return a product?
All products purchased through Kotona-kaupat have a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the returned products are unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale. The returned product must be carefully packed in its original packaging.
The right of return does not apply to products with a short shelf life or products that have been clearly customized for a specific customer or according to a specific order. The right of return also does not apply to digital products, such as downloadable knitting patterns.
If you wish to return a product, please fill out the return form on the returns page or contact Kotona-kaupat customer service by email at kaupat@meillakotona.fi. We will send you merchant-specific return information by email after receiving your return notification.
What does a return cost?
In case of returns, you are responsible for the costs of returning the product. The price of the return is affected by, among other things, the size of the package and the return method. If you have any questions about returns, you can always contact our customer service: kaupat@meillakotona.fi.
How do I get a refund for a returned product?
The refunded amount will always be returned using the same payment method or to the same card with which the purchase was made. The paid price will be refunded immediately once the product has arrived at our warehouse and has been found to be in good condition.
