Furthermore, I understood even better that when it comes to organisation, one must first look inside cabinets and other storage furniture, and only then outside. Even a large storage space won't work unless it provides storage spots specifically for your items.

During this course, the understanding hopefully strengthens that renovating doesn't necessarily cost as much as one might easily imagine. A lot can be done oneself, as long as one has the patience to learn, and both materials and furniture can be recycled in almost all cases.
