The thin stranded colorwork mitts, "Viherpeukalon," are knitted in stranded colorwork with thin yarn. They provide warmth in spring and autumn, while leaving your fingers pleasantly free.

Size:

One size. Circumference 20 cm, length 20 cm.

Materials: 

Yarn: Nurja Merino Sock (75% merino, 25% polyamide, 420 m/100 g) and Louhittaren Luola Väinämöinen (75% wool, 25% nylon, 400 m/100 g), or other fingering-weight yarn. Colors in pictures: Peridootti (C1), yardage 135 m, and Valkoinen (C2), yardage 90 m.

Needles: 2.25 mm – 100 cm circular needle or double-pointed needles. Adjust needle size as needed to obtain the correct gauge.

Other materials: 1 stitch marker, tapestry needle.

Gauge: 16 sts x 19 rows = 5 x 5 cm in stranded colorwork in the round
