Kotona Stores is A-lehdet's own online store for the Kotona website. Here you can find, for example, knitting patterns, magazines, and home products, which we hope will make staying at home even more enjoyable.

Ordering

In Kotona Stores, you can purchase A-lehdet's own products: magazines, digital products, and interior decoration products. Products accumulate in a single shopping cart, and payment is made to Kotona Stores, which is also responsible for customer service.

Payment Methods

Payment at Kotona Stores is always secure and easy. The payment service is provided by the Finnish company Paytrail. You can choose the payment method that suits you from the options below:

  • Bank payment methods: OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki, OmaSP, POP Pankki, Aktia and Ålandsbanken
  • Mobile payment methods: Siirto, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Card payment methods: Master Card, Visa
  • Invoice and installment payment methods: OP Lasku, OP Tililuotto, Walley


Once you have paid for your purchase, you will receive an order summary in your email, including your order number and necessary details about your order.

Delivery

Kotona Stores delivers products directly from our warehouse to customers. Digital products are delivered to the customer's email immediately after the order.

You can see the total amount of your purchase, including possible delivery costs, in the shopping cart before you complete the purchase. Before payment, you can still remove or add products to the shopping cart.

Product delivery methods and delivery times are product-specific. The estimated delivery time for a product is visible on the product card when placing an order. Currently, it is only possible to order products from Kotona Stores to mainland Finland. We use Posti for order deliveries. Products will be delivered, where possible, to the nearest service point to the delivery address you provided.

If any product is not delivered, you received the wrong product, the product is damaged, or you have any other questions about your order, please contact our customer service by email at kaupat@meillakotona.fi.

Please note that if you do not pick up your order by the specified deadline, the products will be returned to our warehouse. Returning a product without separate notification or failing to pick up the package is not considered a cancellation according to consumer protection law. We reserve the right to charge for costs incurred from handling an unclaimed shipment, such as return shipping costs and processing fees. If a package is returned without notification or left unclaimed, the processing fee is 14 euros.
