Downloadable pattern: Elegance sweater (designed by Sisko Sälpäkivi)

The pattern for the Elegance blouse was published in Rakkaat kuviot & Birger Kaipiainen magazine, where the patterns and ceramic art of Birger Kaipiainen served as inspiration.

Designed by Sisko Sälpäkiivi, the front and back pieces of the Elegance blouse are knitted separately from the bottom up and then sewn together. The large floral motifs are knitted using intarsia.

Needles: 4.5–5 mm circular needles 80 cm. Choose needle size to match gauge.

Other supplies: 50–55 black wooden large-hole beads, 6 mm in diameter. Stitch markers and tapestry needle.
