The winter stranded knit set is knitted in the round. The fluffy surface of the knit comes from silk-mohair yarn.

The instructions for the Snowflake headband were published in Rakkaat kuviot & Erik Bruun magazine, where the inspiration was Erik Bruun's iconic posters.

Size:

One size, circumference adjustable according to head circumference

Measurements of the finished knit:

Width: approx. 10 cm

Circumference: 56 cm, length adjustable

Materials:

Yarn: Vuonue Pentti worsted yarn (70% Finnish lamb's wool, 30% tencel, 240 m / 100 g)

MC: natural black less than 1 skein or 132 m

CC: natural white less than 1 skein or 132 m

Needles: 3.25 mm double-pointed needles. Choose needle size so that the gauge matches.

Other materials: Tapestry needle for weaving in ends, stitch marker (locking).

Gauge:

26 sts and 29 rows = 10 × 10 cm in stranded knitting in the round after blocking.
