The Hely beanie pattern has been published in the Rakkaat kuviot & Birger Kaipiainen magazine, where the inspiration came from Birger Kaipiainen's patterns and art ceramics.

The beanie is knitted from the bottom up, and its brim is designed to be folded three times.

Finished beanie measurements: Finished beanie circumference (including approx. 6 cm negative ease): 46 (50) 53 cm. Fits head circumferences 52 (56) 59 cm. The sample size is M.

Materials:

Yarn: Tukuwool DK (100% Finnish wool, 250 m / 100 g). MC: Aubergine 100 g, CC1: Manna 15 g, CC2: Selja 5 g

Needles: 3.5 mm circular needles with a 40 or 50 cm cable and 3.5 mm double-pointed needles or 3.5 mm circular needles with an 80 cm cable for magic loop technique. Choose needle size according to your gauge.

Gauge:

21 sts and 28 rows / 10 × 10 cm in stockinette stitch knitted flat and lightly blocked
