The lace pattern of the scarf resembles waves. The small scarf, knitted with yarn overs and decreases, is a lovely accessory.
The pattern for the Seili scarf was published in Saariston neuleet knitting magazine, which was inspired by the Finnish archipelago and sea landscape.

Other supplies: Darning needle for weaving in ends.
Gauge:
24 sts and 30 rows = 10 × 10 cm in pattern stitch, flat.
