The striped mittens are started temporarily. The edge of the mittens is folded in half to make it sturdy.

The pattern for the Tilli mittens was published in Rakkaat kuviot & Vuokko magazine, where Vuokko's stunning timeless designs served as inspiration.

Materials:

Yarn: Novita Muumitalo (75% wool, 25% polyamide, 225 m / 100 g)

MC: Moomintroll 007 1 skein or 50 (60, 70) g or 115 (135, 160) m

CC: Snufkin 381 1 skein or 35 (45, 55) g or 35 (45, 55) m

Needles: Double-pointed needles 3 and 3.5 mm. Choose needle size to match gauge.

Other materials: Tapestry needle.

Gauge:

24 sts × 26 rows = 10 × 10 cm in stranded knitting on 3.5 mm needles (after blocking).
