Downloadable instructions: Tuliainen Socks (designed by Tiina Kaarela)
The Tuliainen socks are knitted from the cuff to the toes. Due to the long floats, the ladderback jacquard technique is used in the pattern. The colors of the socks can be chosen according to the retro colors of the jars or even more boldly.
The pattern for Tuliainen socks has been published in the Rakkaat kuviot & Aarikka magazine, where the inspiration came from Aarikka's jewelry, textiles, and home decor items.
